A research was done using the generic flow of how a GetGo user would book a car to locate the different touchpoints where signages could be highly utilized.
This led to the creative solution after getting inspiration from National Parks, Subways and Malls. Executing simple, functional signages that can create quick recall combined with the proposed touchpoints helped enhance the way-finding experience keeping it hassle free
and cohesive.
